The Worrisome Trio: How Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol are Connected by Yeast

We’ve seen it published a lot lately; diabetes, high blood pressure, and elevated cholesterol, all on the rise. And for the most part, these increases seem to be affecting certain parts of the population. As a result of this increase, we can also see an increase in the numbers of statin drugs being prescribed. This class of drugs is prescribed in the hopes of lowering cholesterol levels, lowering high blood pressure and to increase insulin production.

However, these drugs only suppress the symptoms, not cure them and as a result they must be taken for the rest of your life. Curious enough, the documentation of one of the organizations producing these drugs, states that yeast is closely related to all of these various conditions.

From a scientific perspective, yeast overgrowth is directly related to pancreatitis. One of the main functions of the pancreas is to produce the hormone insulin, which it then secretes into the bloodstream in order to regulate the body’s glucose or sugar levels.  Pancreatitis defeats the pancreas ability to distribute and produce insulin, leading to diabetes.

The easiest way to determine if this overgrowth of yeast is affecting you is to stick out your tongue and take a look. If there is a whitish coating on your tongue, this could be a candid observation of yeast overgrowth. Of course, there are many other signs of yeast overgrowth as well, such as elevated blood pressure, and many other compromised bodily functions; too many to mention here. Since one tiny yeast organism can become 1,000,000 organisms in 6 hours, we cannot stress enough the importance of getting as much control as possible over yeast. As, I have mentioned before in previous blog posts, yeast causes 80% of diseases!

From a natural perspective there are steps you can take to address yeast overgrowths. It is important to begin a vigilant effort to combat this insidious organism to reduce its numbers dramatically and restore the normal yeast levels expected in the body:

  • As much as possible, eliminate all yeast intakes. It is possible that you are consuming yeast and may not realize it. It’s easy to determine that yeast is in baked goods, like many types of bread. However, there are yeast free breads and baked goods, such as; tortillas, muffins, and biscuits. Yeast is also hiding in chocolate, some chicken broths, and in many other processed foods. Over the past decade, the use of yeast has increased as it is not only being used as a leavening agent, but also as a flavor enhancer and an emulsifier. More reason to read those labels!
  • Using Herbal Solutions Extensive Candida Cleanse or taking a concentrated Garlic supplement that contains 6000 mg of alliin (sulfur compound found in garlic), can help to bring the numbers down, and begin to treat the underlying problem of diabetes, cholesterol, and high blood pressure. If you have been dealing with yeast for an extended period of time we recommend using General Fungal Cleanse.
  • You can also use fully mineralized salt, which inhibits the growth of yeast and baking soda, which kills the yeast.  Don’t mistake simple table salt as a substitute for fully mineralized salt. Most fully mineralized salts contain 84 different minerals; these salts come from the earth and from the sea. There are mineralized salts that contain fewer minerals as its mineral content various depending upon where it’s sourced from.

Many times we are asked how long it takes torid the body of excessive yeast. Well, the general rule to any natural treatment is that it takes about 10% of the time that you’ve had the condition to resolve the condition. Once you have the yeast under control, you can begin to work on the other issues, if they still exist. Herbal Solutions also has options to help address specific needs, for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and for diabetes.
